Designed a Selfcare Schedule

-practice strength, flexibility, and Vinyasa Yoga 3 times per Week
-soak in hot spa bath instead of the shower once per week.
-make each meal more healthy by eliminating sugar.

French Language Learning

-learning the French language
-following Just French It!
-following two French Bloggers
-YouTube French Short Stories
-taking Free French Courses on Alison Courses

Practicing Vegetarian

-eliminated meat from meals   
-eating Vegetarian meals
-identify meat cravings (when they happen and why)
-included Tumeric in a healthy vegetarian meal while cooking.
