My Daily Routine, A Lifestyle Bloggers Note to Self!

  1. Am, wake up to a morning stretch, breathing, away from the stress from the previous nights' rest, 
  2. Shower and shampoo hair, wash hair with moisturizing shampoo with emollients, 
  3. Exercise, morning Yoga, Cardio, and Dance Workout.
  4. Breakfast muffin and a cup of coffee in my favorite Posh Lifestyle Company branded mug.
  5. Computer work days, focused at my computer each day being an online creator.
  6. Course, email check, pitching, reviewing offers and collaboration opportunities.
  7. Enjoying trail mix, granola, and yogurt chews.
  8. Trying new superfoods, turmeric, ginger, Camu Camu, maca maca, healthy superfoods, plus a vegetarian diet continued into 2019
  9. Worry-Free planning, blog, business "creative growth "
